Mert is a software engineer with 16 years of experience in .NET and Microsoft technologies. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering in 2005 and has a master’s degree focused on Linux. Mert is very passionate about technology, both software and hardware. He is currently working as a Software Architect at Fineksus.

Pete Gallagher is a Freelance IT Consultant, Microsoft Certified Trainer and Azure MVP, Pluralsight Author and owner of PJG Creations Ltd. He has been creating software for decades and is happy programming in just about any language.

Peter has over 25 years of experience (most of which are software development with a focus on web application development) ranging from hardware to software, excellent global client interaction, and offering unique perspective resulting in solutions. Peter recently joined Microsoft’s FastTrack for Azure Engineering team.

Sarah has worked in IT for over 14 years working for service providers, manufacturing, Scotch Whisky and local authority organisations. She’s served her time as a SysAdmin resetting passwords and triaging support calls, maintaining platforms, building infrastructure, migrating end of life systems and migrating data centers.

Shannon is a not so typical technologist. Her roots are grounded in public speaking and writing. She wound up gravitating toward technology through music: by way of being a DJ and needing to record demos for club promoters.

Steph is a Senior Customer Engineer in the FastTrack for Azure team at Microsoft. She has a background in SQL Server database design and development and extensive knowledge of SSIS and ETL patterns and practices. She has a wide experience of the Azure data services, specialising in Azure SQL Database and Managed Instance, and ADF.

Susanne Tedrick is an Azure Infrastructure Specialist for Microsoft and the award-winning author of ‘Women of Color in Tech’. Fiercely committed to increasing the participation of women and people of color in STEM professional opportunities, Susanne performs community service work for a number of non-profits, including serving on the Advancing Tech Talent and Diversity Executive Council for CompTIA.

Thomas works as a Senior Cloud Advocate at Microsoft. He engages with the community and customers around the world to share his knowledge and collect feedback to improve the Azure cloud platform. Prior to joining the Azure engineering team (Cloud + AI), Thomas was a Lead Architect and Microsoft MVP, to help architect, implement and promote Microsoft cloud technology.

A passion in IT, specifically all things cloud – whether it be a virtual machine taken from a local environment and implemented into the cloud or a fully scalable infrastructure stack built with the cloud in mind – Thomas will enjoy it.
